Rebecca Ebbecke is a senior finance and operations executive with more than 30 years of experience, serving as a trusted CFO, financial leader, and strategic advisor to organizations across a wide range of industries. From freight transportation and logistics to media, music and entertainment, marketing, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, real estate, and professional services, Rebecca has built a career defined by her ability to step into complex financial environments, bring order and clarity, and deliver results that move businesses forward.

Before founding CFO Service Solutions LLC, Rebecca spent more than a decade providing interim and advisory CFO and Controller services to clients ranging from owner-led small businesses to large enterprises — the same model she brings to clients today. That prior consulting experience means she understands exactly what it takes to integrate quickly, earn trust, and deliver high-impact financial leadership without the overhead of a full-time hire. She has designed and rebuilt finance departments from the ground up, implemented ERP systems and reporting frameworks, led SOX compliance initiatives, managed lender and audit relationships, and partnered directly with CEOs, founders, and boards during periods of growth, transition, and change.

Her accounting foundation, built on a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting also earned summa cum laude, ensures that her strategic counsel is always grounded in technical precision.

Rebecca is based in the Jacksonville, Florida area and works with clients locally and remotely across the country.
